What Song Genres Do You Offer?
We work with a number of passionate and diverse artists who specialise in a series of genres, including:
- Acoustic Pop
- Country
- Rap/Hip-Hop
- R&B
- Rock
- Indie/Folk
You are able to select your preferred genre/s when ordering your custom song, along with the song mood and vocals!
Can I listen to my song before I purchase it?
As all our songs are created completely from scratch using your submissions, there is no way to listen to your song before you purchase, however you can listen to our song examples to get a great feel for what to expect!
How long does it take to receive my song?
Once you submit your order, we begin writing and professionally recording your personalised song immediately and have it ready within 5 days!
*Please note the add-on gift box + CD option is delivered separately (Australia express post), so this is not included in the 5-day delivery time (approx. delivery time is within 3-5 days of song being published online).
Can I make changes to my song after it’s completed?
Our aim is to create a personalised song that exceeds your expectations and that happens nearly every time on the first pass, as our passionate songwriters use your submissions to craft a special song from scratch. If something has been pronounced incorrectly or a detail has been misinterpreted, please contact us and we’ll be able to alter this at no extra cost!
We understand just how important it is to receive a song that is special to you, so in the rare circumstance you are unsatisfied with your final product, we do offer the option to make revisions at a small fee, in
order to compensate our artists for their work and time.
Please contact us in order to submit revisions and request a quote. But we are confident you’ll be blown away by your final song!
Can I add more details to my order after my song has been purchased?
Our artists begin writing, recording and producing your song immediately after your order is placed so we are unable to take more details on after your submission. But rest assured, we will use the selections you submitted to create a unique and memorable song for you! In the rare circumstance you are unsatisfied with your final product, we do offer the option to make revisions at a small fee, in order to compensate our artists for their work and time.

What currency are your prices in?
As we are based in Australia, our prices are based in AUD by default, however we have completed orders all around the world! Please note the CD + Gift Box add-on is only available in Australia.
Do you offer songs in other languages?
At the moment we are currently offering songs in English only, but it is certainly something we are looking to explore in the future!
Can you change the lyrics of an existing/already famous song?
Due to copyright reasons, we are unable to replace the words of an existing song. Rather, we create one-of-a-kind original song in its entirety. Rest assured, your original song will be unique and memorable!
How do I receive my completed song?
Within 5 days you will get an email advising that your own personalised webpage is ready where you can download and share your song easily! With our add-on options, you are also able to select whether you would like to receive a gift box with your song on a CD and scannable gift card or a photo slideshow!
Can I select a particular artist?
Absolutely! If you like the sounds of a specific artist/s, please feel free to request them when ordering in the ‘Anything else you think we should know?’ section on our Start Your Song Form!
If your preferred artist/s are not available, we will be able to provide someone in the same style!
What is the length and set-up of your songs?
Our songs are typically 3-4 minutes in length and generally contain 2 x verses, 3 x choruses and a bridge.
Usual structure: Verse One – Chorus – Verse Two – Chorus – Bridge – Chorus
Can I cancel my order after I complete my purchase?
If circumstances occur where you need to withdraw your order, please contact us and we will be able to provide a refund, provided it is before your personalised song has entered the production process. Our
artists begin writing, recording and mixing your song almost immediately after your order is placed, so if you need to cancel, please contact ASAP.
Can I purchase an add-on product after my song is finished?
You sure can! You have the option to get your song produced on a physical CD + scannable QR card + Songly Gift Box and Photo Slideshow! You can select this add-on when placing the order or even after hearing your song!
What can I do with the song?
You are granted a perpetuity license that allows you to download and share your song wherever you like. As long as you’re not using it for commercial purposes (ie. to make money from it) you are fine!
I wrote my own lyrics, can you record them into a song?
If you would like to get some of your own lyrics involved please add these into your notes when submitting an order and our artists will do their very best to incorporate these into your song!
